After benefiting from counselling at challenging times in my own life and working in different fields using counselling skills I decided to train to be a counsellor. I wanted to help others become aware that however dark things may seem they do have choices and with support and self care, life can be easier. I know from personal experience how hopeless life can feel sometimes and deciding you may need some help is actually a sign of strength not weakness. Counselling can not only help you to discover your potential, but also to understand what it is that’s stopped you realising it in the past; this can help you to move forward with your life.

I consider myself to be a genuine, kind, caring, spiritual, reliable professional who strives to help others reach their personal goals by providing counselling and supervision as unique as you are.

I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which you can share whatever you need to. I am an accredited  member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and work under their professional, ethical framework.
